Two Decades of Cybernetics Research has produced a finished, "accu-rated" model of the Collective Human Intellect (CHI), which can be utilized with the cyber-systems of tomorrow. Public consensus on future applications surrounding this imminent technology needs to be realized SOON, or our "outreach" efforts will have failed to met their objectives.
